Sviatoslav Onishchuk is a Ukrainian attorney-at-law with over 17 years of professional legal experience.
He began his legal career in 2008 in the prosecution authorities of Ukraine, where he served until 2017. In 2017, he obtained the right to practice law as an attorney and began private legal practice.
His work combines practical experience in criminal, administrative and commercial law with modern European approaches to legal practice. He is currently studying in the Grado en Derecho programme at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Spain.
